FRACTIONAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP MODEL

Fractional ownership enables buyers and family members to own an extraordinary home in– a special place to call their own and create lifelong memories. When you are a part of our fractional home ownership model – or “shared ownership” – you enjoy all the benefits of owning an exceptional  home at a fraction of the cost, and without any of the management responsibility.

  • Own more for less…It’s Smart.
  • We care for your home…It’s Easy.
  • A unique perk…Free Home Exchange…It’s Fun.

Fractional ownership is a smart way to own. You and a few other like-minded families share in the ownership of a special vacation property. This means a significantly reduced initial investment, shared expenses, and the potential for rental revenue to defray expenses. Your shared ownership home is administered, with all aspects of property and partnership management taken care of on behalf of the Owners. Fractional ownership is easy.

FRACTIONAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP MODEL

Becoming a fractional owner involves partnership and trust. We think it makes sense to share goals and expectations early on to ensure our model is a good fit for you. Through initial inquiries, the team will learn about your goals, tastes, expectations and needs – and those of your family, too. During these conversations, we provide you with comprehensive background information regarding the home, the market and our fractional ownership model.

Assessing Financial Parameters

If you are comfortable with exploring further, we exchange more details about potential properties, including budgets, costs and expectations. We ask you to share information on your financial qualifications, as corroborated by an appropriate financial representative. Through this process, we not only determine which homes may be a good fit for you, but also which fractional owners to pair you with in order to create a comfortable relationship.

We will gladly share the financial details about your home of interest, including investment, expenses and potential rental income. The purchase price, financing options, home expenses and potential rental revenue vary by home.
